Key Responsibilities

Project Manager and Construction Lead responsible for managing construction projects from contract award through final completion and handover in accordance with contractual requirements. Develop, implement, and obtain approval for the Project Execution Plan (PEP). Manage and monitor the project schedule to ensure compliance with contractual milestones and completion dates. Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets ensuring effective cost management and project profitability. Lead and supervise project teams including engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors. Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, government authorities and other project stakeholders. Review and approve project schedules prepared by the planning team and ensure alignment with project objectives.
