Position Overview

            Job Description  Lead and manage civil and structural construction projects  from inception to completion 
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies  
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers  
Review and interpret engineering drawings , specifications, and technical documents 
Monitor project progress  and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones 
Ensure compliance with local building regulations , safety standards, and company policies 
Conduct site inspections  and resolve technical and operational issues 
Manage project risks,  identify potential delays, and implement mitigation strategies 
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
