Project Manager- Commercial
Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
Minimum 5 years construction experience
Self-starter
Ability to work independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
Compensation: $115K-$125K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience
Must provide project list showcasing commercial project experience
