The Project Manager is responsible for Downsize and Remodel overall project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. **A Day In The Life**

+ Oversee the construction projects from start to finish.
+ Ensure the optimum utilization of resources, labor, materials and equipment and ensure the procurement at most cost-effective terms.
