Description / Position Overview

Projects do not fail because of one major issue.

They fail because approvals stall, agencies stop responding, consultants miss deadlines, filings sit untouched, and nobody owns pushing the process forward.

This role exists to prevent that.

We are hiring a Project Manager to own execution and coordination across multiple active development and construction projects. This person will operate from the office and drive momentum across agencies, consultants, subcontractors, expediters, and external partners to ensure projects continue moving without delays.

This is not an administrative coordination role.
