Job Description :

Report to: Factory Manager

Job Purpose:
• Initiate, support and lead projects in the plant and ensure that the Standard Project Management procedures and tools are followed.

Duties:
• Lead projects of various kinds
• Coordinate all projects in the plant
• Lead PEP project implementation in the plant
• Contribute to the build up project management culture & competence in the company
• Conduct Lessons learned and knowledge sharing in Plant
• Key user of standard PM tools
• Conduct risk levels assessment for projects

• At least 6 years experience in project management in manufacturing companies, automotive industry is preferred.
• Experienced in projects that involve cooperation with Japanese automotive OEM customer
• University degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Fluent in English
