Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to support our Pre K-14 and Higher Education clients across the Upstate/Capital District Region of New York State. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll guide complex capital projects from early planning through closeout, working closely with owners, designers, contractors, and stakeholders unique to school and campus environments.

What You’ll Do
* Lead multiple education projects simultaneously using established project controls and procedures
* Provide on site leadership in scheduling, safety, construction quality, and design coordination
* Manage change orders, cost reviews, contractor payment applications, and procurement processes
* Coordinate with school district administrators, facilities teams, academic departments, and community groups to maintain alignment with program goals
