Copello are supporting in the recruitment of a Project Manager to join a growing engineering organisation, to support the delivery of complex technical projects from concept through to production.

This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams (electronics, software, mechanical), helping remove blockers, maintain momentum, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with engineers to define goals, constraints, and dependencies

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

* Coordinate across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

* Facilitate project meetings and sprint planning

* Track progress and report to senior stakeholders
