Location: Glasgow
Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 plus benefits

A leading organisation is seeking a client-side Architectural Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of a major expansion and refurbishment programme across a complex live operational estate in Glasgow.

This is a client-side opportunity for someone with a background in construction, engineering or architecture who wants to develop their career in project management. You will support the programme through design, procurement, construction and operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing a multidisciplinary design team appointed under an NEC4 Professional Service Contract.
Support the procurement and management of the Engineering and Construction Contract main contractor.
Working for the client as the project representative, ensuring the designs are delivered correctly on site.
