DACON delivers construction services across substations and power systems, supporting electric utilities, power generation, industrial, petrochemical, and renewable energy clients. 

Primary Function: 

The Project Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects within DACON’s substation and power systems portfolio, including active participation in project estimating and bid development. The Project Manager leads cross-functional project teams, manages client relationships, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while contributing to competitive and accurate estimates for new high-voltage and power construction opportunities.
