**JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE**

The Project Manager – Supply Chain (Program Management) is responsible for leading end‑to‑end material management strategy and execution for major capital projects. This role ensures the right materials are planned, sourced, staged, delivered, and available to construction partners at the right time to reduce delays, drive cost efficiency, and improve field execution.

This position will partner closely with key stakeholders to provide project-level oversight across planning, procurement, logistics, risk mitigation, and coordination of all material-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
