Project Manager Required in Hampstead

GVR Solutions is currently working alongside a well-established main contractor on a high-end residential fit-out project in West Hampstead, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Project Details:

* High-end residential development

* 28 luxury apartments

* Fit-out phase commencing within the next 4 weeks

* 14–16 month programme

* Day rate: £350–£400

The Project Manager must have/be:

* Experience on high-end residential projects

* Proficiency in Asta Power Project

* A high level of quality control

* Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements

* Good communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with the client

* Documentation & reporting skills
