Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead Amazon Connect implementation projects. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, stakeholder communication, timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of cloud contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Amazon Connect implementation projects.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, and executive updates.
• Ensure successful deployment, testing, training, and go-live activities.
