Project Manager II – Utilities (Substation / Distribution)

Location: Hybrid – Asheville, NC

Type: Full-Time Contract (W2)

Pay: $70–$81/hour

 

We are seeking a Project Manager II – Utilities to support our client’s initiative to modernize their utilities grid and infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for utility projects (scope, schedule, cost, safety, quality)


• Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, supply chain, compliance, etc.)


• Oversee project lifecycle: estimating, procurement, scheduling, risk and change management


• Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and project governance


• Ensure delivery within approved budgets and timelines
