The **Project Manager II** at Phillips 66 Midstream oversees projects from the early planning stages and securing of capital funding, through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project completion. This position is also responsible for continuously improving project delivery methods, systems, and procedures to ensure all projects are executed efficiently and consistently. Phillips 66 Midstream manages all areas of the gas and liquids midstream sector, such as pipelines, pump and compressor stations, gas processing facilities, fractionation plants, terminals, underground caverns, and dock operations.
