Main Purpose and Function

The Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery Branch, is part of a cross functional, cross disciplinary team working with Design and Operation groups, multiple internal and external stakeholders, and partners to project manage both internal and external design-build of major civil infrastructure projects within the City. The position will be responsible for managing a team of unionized and exempt staff and will be ultimately responsible for all project management activities required for successful project delivery. 
The position will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 3-6 projects, each ranging in value from $3 - $35M+. These projects are typically undertaken on major City arterials, and involve upgrades and/or replacement of critical sewer, water, electrical and street infrastructure to service long-term community needs and progress key City objectives related to asset management, service levels, sustainability, resilience,...
