Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of ITSM projects from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders ensuring clear understanding and buy‑in.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional team collaboration, fostering effective communication and problem‑solving to overcome project hurdles.
  • Oversee the implementation and adoption of ITSM processes and tools such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
Qualifications
  • Experience in implementation of ITSM and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience in implementation of tools – Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ITMS tools.
  • Deep understanding of Incident Life Cycle Management, Problem Management, Project...
