Planning, coordination, supervision, and control of managed services delivered to the client.
Planning and organization of project resources.
Daily service management: operational follow‑up, resolution of critical incidents, and escalation management.
Direct interaction with client stakeholders, service providers, and key users.
Management of operational documentation, technical protocols, manuals, and quality procedures.
Alignment with continuous improvement processes and support in ISO 9001 quality audits.
Coordination of technical training and knowledge transfer processes.
University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
