Position Overview
Role Description End‑to‑end management of marketing projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Daily collaboration with US‑based stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, medical affairs). Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope. Coordinating the work of internal teams (design, content, digital, compliance). Ensuring high‑quality deliverables – both in terms of aesthetics and compliance with guidelines. Overseeing the material approval process (MLR) and ensuring compliance with US market regulations (FDA). Assigning and coordinating the publication of materials in Veeva systems (Vault / Promo Mats). Identifying project risks and proposing solutions. Optimizing processes and improving cross‑team collaboration. Requirements Min. 3‑5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the pharma industry.
