Responsibilities

• Lead the project initiation and communication with the client, establishing key contacts, start dates, sequence, and major milestones.
• Track project tonnage, monitoring detailed, released, and shipped tonnage for each assigned project.
• Ensure scope alignment throughout execution, documenting and tracking deviations, clarifications, or changes.
• Develop and maintain weekly planning and a four‑week forecast, defining detailing and manufacturing requirements.
