Position Overview
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiativesDevelop detailed project plans and corp. level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverablesEnsure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraintsDrive adherence to stage-gate or structured project management processesApply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughputLead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization initiativesUtilize data-driven decision-making to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutionsTrack and report measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS)Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, ...
