Key Responsibilities
Manage full EPC project lifecycles from initiation through to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Drive project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee contractual compliance, cost control, and change management processes.
Manage site activities and ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
Lead commissioning and performance testing activities.
Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future business growth.
