Description

  • Collaborate with sponsors and business managers to define project objectives, success criteria, and key deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
  • Identify, document, and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure project success.
