Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • * Assist in preparation of effective work plans and labor budgets for approval by supervisor.

  • * Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy client.

  • * Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.

  • * Negotiate with clients on any scope changes relative to project budgets and schedules subject to supervisor's approval.

  • * Ensure all project work is performed and completed in accordance with QA/QC standards, systems and procedures as designated for project.

  • * Review monthly labor and cost reports to ensure projects are being completed at the pre-established goal.

  • * Assist with mentoring junior staff in learning sound technical and business practices and enhancing corporate objectives.

  • * Assist with the preparation for public hearings, meetings, and any other presentations in relation to current projects.
