β’ Lead and manage observability and monitoring initiatives across IT operations, with a focus on improving service performance, reliability, and visibility.
ββ’ Drive key projects such as:
βββ Migrating monitoring capabilities into Datadog
βββ Transitioning workflows from Jira to ServiceNow
βββ Supporting broader ServiceNow ITOM initiatives, including:
βββΒ§ Event Management
βββΒ§ Service Mapping
βββΒ§ CMDB / data integrity
ββ’ Partner with stakeholders to translate an ITIL-aligned observability and monitoring strategy into a clear, prioritized portfolio of projects.
ββ’ Build and maintain a living roadmap of initiatives, adjusting as priorities, technologies, and business needs evolve.
ββ’ Create and manage project plans, timelines, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
