Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of offshore projects from engineering through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Control project scope and manage changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

Offshore Operations & Coordination

• Oversee offshore construction, installation, commissioning, and hook‑up activities.
• Coordinate with marine, logistics, yard, and offshore teams.
• Ensure safe execution of offshore works in compliance with HSE and marine regulations.
