High-End / Prime residential construction experience is a non-negotiable. Ideally on one off properties.

An established refurbishment and new build main contractor with a great reputation are looking for a Project Manager deliver on Prime Residential Refurbishments in London.

You'd be looking after High End Refurbishments from £1 - £12 Million High-End Refurbishments - you'd be responsible for managing the Site manager but will also be heavily site based with some office involved.

It's a great opportunity to get in with a growing Main Contractor who have an incredible pipeline of secured projects going further into 2026/7.
