Project Management

• Lead and manage end-to-end retail projects from planning, execution, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

• Develop and implement store allocation strategies to ensure the right products are allocated to the right stores at the right time.
