The Project Manage r communicates directly with contractors and designers about project costs, resources, and scheduling. They prepare project status and ensure that works adheres to plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
• With at least five (5) years of supervisory experience in construction/project management
• Experience with commercial/mall projects would be an advantage
