  • 1. Prepare baseline management products, and agree them with the Project Steering Committee:
  • a. Project Product Description
  • b. Project Initiation Documentc. Stage Plan
  • d. Work Packages
  • 2. Prepare the following reports:
  • a. Highlight reports
  • b. Issue reports
  • c. End stage reports
  • d. Exception reports
  • e. End project report
  • 3. Maintain the following records:
  • a. Issue register
  • b. Risk register
  • c. Daily log
  • d. Lesson log
  • 4. Kick-Off meeting between Sales and Project Team
  • 5. Lead the defined project team
  • 6. Project Kick-Off meeting with customers.
  • 7. To have clear matrix of responsibility or work share between RSMY / principle / customers / vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors
  • 8. Liaise with any external suppliers or account managers
  • 9. Manage information flows between the directing and delivering levels ...
