Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and provide timely updates
  • Deliver project on time, to budget and to other agreed criteria within corporate guidelines including the client’s requirements
  • Represent company to lead projects
  • Motivate and lead team in executing and completing projects successfully with management’s desired end-result
  • Execute project innovatively with better methodologies in time and cost management
  • Responsible for all site matters
  • Ensure compliance with all governmental and building regulations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
