Role Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources effectively. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Facilitate meetings, provide progress updates, and ensure timely issue resolution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards. Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
