Position Overview

            Roles & Responsibilities Managing day to day operations of large scale projects & ID fit-outs at project locations. 
Managing projects on an on-going basis through regular progress meetings and preparation of progress reports. 
Effectively communicate clients’ needs and requirements to the different stakeholders. 
Ensure quality and workmanship of construction works are satisfactory to clients’ expectations. 
Project planning of all labour and sub-contractors. 
Show strong cost control and budgeting abilities. 
Liaising with carpentry workshop production with schedule of joinery. 
Manage projects, allocate work schedule, prioritise workflow and ensure projects are handed over to clients timely. 
Deal with problems as they arise and provide effective solutions. 
Daily supervision and guidance of project coordinators
