Job Summary
Serve as a key point of client contact to ensure delivery of high quality customer service for assigned site. Evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner. Overall administrative role of the local outsourced security team and close liaison to the company which provides the security unit. Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and act to ensure that all staff members understand and comply Assists in maintaining Quality in all Security operations and assist in project management for Security Initiate and update policies, procedures and all work instructions.
