We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across our MEP projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Manage day‑to‑day MEP project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Lead site inspections, quality checks, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Support the adoption of sustainable and energy‑efficient solutions.
