ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the facilitation and management of an ongoing project. The ideal candidate will be a Good communicator with a proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion of action items.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Deliverable Tracking: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date view of all project deliverables, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Action Item Management: Document and assign action items from meetings and discussions, clearly identifying the responsible teams or individuals for each item.
- Timeline Management: Proactively follow up with respective teams to ensure action items and deliverables are on track and met within agreed timelines.
