1. Responsible for planning, coordination, supervision and execution of project according to the agreement and budget plan.
2. Define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms methodology, policy and regulations.
3. Closely work with client and subcontractor, to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects.
4. Monitor project status to ensure the design and quality are delivered as planned.
5. Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance.
6. Prepare and submit internal documents.
