Design project processes, implementation plans, and supplier reward and penalty rules rationally, establish a team to drive execution, promptly identify various risks and obstacles in project delivery and provide solutions, take proactive actions, and achieve quality, schedule, and cost control targets beyond expectations;
Enhance project operational efficiency by identifying issues in business processes and proposing reasonable optimization suggestions; establish a delivery methodology to improve business processing efficiency from project planning and data collection to final delivery;
