Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled time, cost and quality. Lead a team of professional and technical staff (engineers and coordinators) in planning and execution of day-to-day operations. Co-ordinate and liaise closely with subcontractor, supplier, client and relevant party. Identify and resolve issues and conflict within the project team. Work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget Report and escalate to management as needed. To ensure projects meet client's quality standards and timely completion
