Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end delivery of building and A&A projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met 
Plan, schedule, and coordinate site works across multiple trades including civil, structural, architectural, and M&E 
Review drawings, identify discrepancies, and work with teams to resolve technical issues 
Lead site teams including supervisors and technicians to ensure works are executed accurately and on schedule 
Liaise with clients, consultants, managing agents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution 
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management 
Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and client specifications 
Handle multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and delivery standards
