Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Project Department in planning, operations, cost management and human resource management/development


• Oversee all turnkey-based project work and selection/management of sub-contractors to ensure project is completed on time through the Project Manager (local and overseas)


• Prepare and submit project plan, project progress and final reports to Group GM of Operations for submission to MD as part of the periodic management report


• Assist to prepare contracts, negotiate revisions and any other changes/additions to contractual agreements


• Plan and manage budgets


• Coordinate with other department managers within the firm to ensure that project is not delayed


• Monitor milestones and deadlines


• Analysis of data and information to recommend and ensure continuous process improvement
