Act as liaison between internal PMs & vendors on all project matters, including managing project deliverables which includes making presentations, liaison with various internal stakeholders
Direct involvement in all procurement matters from start to end, including calling of tenders to contract approvals
Creates and manages detailed project budgets. This includes supervising budget re-allocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis on a regular basis
Leads regular scheduled project meetings and documentation of assigned tasks
Coordinate and monitor various functions of all parties, including the architect, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements
