What You’ll Do

• Lead and coordinate engineering changes (ECR), ensuring smooth implementation while minimizing business and customer impact
• Manage cross‑functional activities, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Sales to align priorities and execution
• Drive end‑to‑end change management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful delivery of program objectives
