Job Title: Horizon Technical Lead (HTL)

Duration : Multi-year, phased assignment (estimated April 2026 – September 2029). Initial phases consist of intermittent design review support (4–5 weeks per phase) through early 2027, followed by full-time, on-site support during construction of Building A and Site Improvements (February 2027 – July 2028), Building B (July 2028 – March 2029), and Building C (March 2029 – September 2029).
