Responsibilities

Lead the development and rollout of AI‑powered tools across our project pipeline, including contract analysis, land and permitting workflows, market intelligence, and deal screening. You will work across our group of companies—Arcto.fi, Tuulikarhu.fi, and Aurinkokarhu.fi—gaining exposure to the full scope of how we develop and execute renewable energy projects. You won’t just manage a project plan—you’ll roll up your sleeves, build, test, break, and improve tools.
