  • Drive and support transformation initiatives not only from a governance perspective, but also from a conceptual and operational perspective like 
    • Data harmonization & master data management 
    • Customer Experience (CX) 2.0 
    • Process harmonization initiatives 
    • Implementation of new software solutions as part of a Composable Stack 
  • Gathering, structuring, and prioritizing requirements together with business and IT stakeholders  
  • Developing concepts, target operating models, and implementation approaches  
  • Translating strategic initiatives into clear deliverables, timelines, and actionable work packages  
  • Preparing and maintaining project plans, status reports, steering committee materials, and decision documents  
  • Breaking down complex initiatives into detailed Jira epics, stories...
