Project Manager Transportation Engineer (Engineering)

Location: Arlington, U. S.

Key Responsibilities Technical review, analysis and advisory of proposed transportation programs in developing countries to include proposals, studies, assessments, term of reference, scope and budget. Provide written analysis, and other inputs, describing the technical elements of a project identifying factors or considerations that would support the Agency's effort to develop an activity for funding. Review project documents, including Terms of Reference and budget, to support the Agency technical understanding and processing procedure. Oversign and mobilization of subject matter experts to key projects. Development of tools and knowledge management activities to foster information sharing and industry best practices.
