Support construction and engineering projects for pharma facilities in APAC including new strategic investments and key expansion projects.

• Manage facilities‑related CAPEX, governance, guidance, processes, procedures and requirements.
• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements such as GMP, GDP, etc., and support licence application.
• Conduct risk assessments, implement risk control, and coordinate with QSHE on safety issues.
• Provide timely project reports capturing key updates, risks, decisions and action items.
• Review gate‑keeping processes and audits from construction to operations.
• Source quotations, negotiate contracts with vendors/contractors for services, project works, and lab equipment/consumables.
• Manage vendors/contractors and follow up on timely completion and delivery dates.
