About the Role

PEER is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager – Women in Trades to lead the implementation of initiatives that support women entering trade-based careers through pre-vocational training pathways at PEER.

The Big Sister: Advanced Mentoring project is the first project the successful candidate will lead within PEER. This project involves targeted awareness events, promotion of pre-vocational courses for women into electrical and clean energy-related trades and mentoring new apprentices.

This is a hands-on role that blends project management, community engagement, industry collaboration, and direct participant support.
