Position Overview
Main duties of the job This role sits in the Trust’s Transformation Team; which manages a range of change projects and programmes that aim to improve service user and carer experience as well as to improve productivity across the Trust. They include service developments, pathway improvements, estate transformations, productivity projects, and culture change initiatives.
This role will manage large change projects from inception to completion. The post holder will ensure projects are delivered effectively and achieve the intended measurable impact and outcomes for service users, carers and staff.
